From their ‘Music, Magic & Drama’ menu, this is the ‘Secret Satire’ cocktail. Made by bartender Jo Last, it’s a super sexy and sophisticated sip that combines two of our favourite things – bourbon whiskey and champagne. A touch of the Irish spirit poitín and some aperitif wine elevates this one into something really special.

Recipe: –

40ml Bourbon
10ml Poitín
15ml Italian Aperitif Wine
10ml Simple Syrup

Stir with ice, strain into a highball glass and add an ice block.

Top with Champagne, stir gently to mix and garnish with an orange twist.
